1. Technical Access

By accessing this terminal, accessible from jamalaniba.site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terminal Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for alignment with any applicable regional laws.

2. Intelligence License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the research manuscripts or technical manifests on the Jamal Aniba Collective terminal for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of an access license, not a transfer of asset sovereignty, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the technical assets;
  • Use the assets for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained within the terminal;
  • Remove any technical watermarks or proprietary notations from the manifests;
  • Transmit assets to another operative or "mirror" the assets on unauthorized hardware.

3. Operational Disclaimer

All materials within the terminal are provided "as is." The Collective makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby negates all other warranties.

4. Strategic Limitations

The Jamal Aniba Collective or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any technical latencies or damages that arise from the use or inability to use the terminal assets.
